  Our taxi driver suggested this marketplace for food since the place I wanted check out was kind of dangerous (Central de abastos). It's like a giant food court featuring many different eateries. There were a couple places selling candies and other sweets too.
  
  I walked around the whole place before making my decision lol. Every time I passed by a place, they were pressuring me to eat there. I decided to try the pozole combinado at La Comadre since I haven't had it during my trip yet and felt like eating something soupy. We also ordered a large guava smoothie at a different place and brought it back to the area we were having lunch. The lady took a long time to make it- she even ran out of milk, so she had to go somewhere and get some more lol. The smoothie was worth the wait though- it was so delicious and refreshing! The pozole was a little bland and there wasn't enough pork or chicken, but presented nicely. We were saving our stomach for our next destination, so I didn't try anything else. Definitely check this out if you're in Puebla- there's so many choices, you're bound to find something quick and easy to fill your belly.

  Me encantaría dar mas estrellas a este espacio fruto de una muy buena iniciativa: tener en un solo espacio y bajo el concepto de mercado una muestra de la variada y rica cocina del estado de Puebla. Hay que decir a su favor que en efecto se puede comer bien y que el servicio aunque bastante lento es muy amigable. Pero la verdad es que este mercado tiene poco lustre. Y si intentas ir al baño vas a estar de acuerdo conmigo en que probablemente con eso le podríamos descontar otras dos estrellas! No hay jabón, no hay papel. Ok: no se paga el baño, pero se supone que no tendría por qué costar aparte. En las cemitas el As de Oros verdaderamente le hace honor a su nombre: muy recomendable el balance entre el pan, la carne, quesillo y el fuerte pápalo! Nomás pensarlo de nuevo, se me vuelven a antojar. Hay puestos de jugos muy ricos también. Necesitan echarle más ganas al mantenimiento y proveer un mejor servicio al turismo!
